Long before Donesafe, we were in the thick of it – managing risk, investigating incidents, and trying to make sense of paper trails and outdated systems. We saw near misses ignored because the reporting process was too hard. We saw risk assessments done just to tick a box. We saw good people burned out by poor systems.

So, we built Donesafe in response to the real-world failures we were seeing every day.

That was 12+ years ago. Since then, we’ve partnered with some of the world’s most complex organisations to rebuild the way safety and compliance is managed from the ground up.

Today, Donesafe is a platform built on lived experience and designed to work in the real world (not just look good in a demo).
