Judges are looking for organisations that:
- Prioritise both physical and mental health
- Have built a strategy that is equitable and integrated across the business
- Can show how leadership helped drive real adoption
- Back it all up with clear performance improvements
Whether you’ve rolled out mental health training, improved access to safety resources, or boosted incident reporting through better communication, this award is your chance to show what’s working, and why it matters.
Too often, strong safety and wellbeing work flies under the radar. This award helps change that. It shines a light on organisations, big and small, that are actively protecting people, strengthening cultures, and making risk everyone’s business.

If your team has taken clear, measurable steps to improve employee wellbeing, this is your moment to be seen. Entries are free and open to all, including non-members. You don’t need a big budget or a global presence, just a commitment to better safety and wellbeing outcomes.
The deadline to enter is Tuesday 3 February 2026 at 4pm (GMT). The winners will be announced at a live ceremony on 21 May 2026 at the Sheraton Grand, London.
