Putting People at the Heart of Safety
As part of the event, HSI Donesafe’s James Watson, Solution Engineer, will lead a keynote session titled Technology Meets Trust – Why Safety Culture Starts with People. The session will explore how technology can be a powerful enabler of culture when it is grounded in trust and supported by shared responsibility across all levels of an organisation.
James will look at how to embed safety in everyday actions by aligning tools and systems with human behaviour. From the boardroom to the frontline, the session will offer insights into what makes safety culture not only sustainable but truly impactful.

HSM Live Coventry is just the beginning. Through 2025, HSI Donesafe will continue to support the health and safety community by sponsoring a range of HSM-led events, webinars, and program.
