Proseal UK, a division of JBT Marel Global, designs, manufactures, assembles and services high quality tray sealing machinery and bespoke turnkey production line solutions.
Proseal UK sought to enhance the way it managed safety, quality, compliance, and risk across the organisation. As reporting requirements increased and operations evolved, the business identified an opportunity to improve consistency, visibility, and efficiency across its existing processes.

Recognising the need for a more connected approach, Proseal UK sought a solution that would centralise safety, quality, and compliance information while providing real-time insights to support decision-making. The organisation required a EHS management platform that could be adopted across the business, from frontline teams to senior leadership.
Proseal UK implemented HSI Donesafe, deploying seven modules to create a single source of truth for safety, quality, compliance, and risk management. The platform replaced fragmented processes with a connected system that enables issues, actions, and performance data to be captured, tracked, and managed in real time.
With greater transparency and accountability across the organisation, teams can now manage issues more proactively and collaborate more effectively. Automated workflows have reduced administrative effort and improved visibility into operational performance, contributing to an 87% reduction in processing time and saving 875 hours across 500 assessments.
