The Aviation industry held international safety talks for only the second time in 70 years due to a shocking 2014 in aviation-related incidents.
Gina Rineheart’s Roy Hill Mine is in hot water for consecutive months with the Department of Mines & Petroleum ordering Roy Hill Executives to improve safety. Later in the month, the Mining Minister, Bill Marmion hauled senior Roy Hill personnel including Chief Executive Barry Fitzgerald into an emergency meeting to express concerns into poor safety at the site.
